This time of year can leave us feeling weak and weary. There's a lot to do, and our souls can feel heavy and overwhelmed.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing a simple practice that can help you keep going, plus a verse that is giving me hope in the weary moments.

This Week’s Practice: Reflection for the Weak and Weary

Spend some time reflecting on these questions:

  • Am I feeling weak or weary?

  • What am I carrying right now?

  1. Grab a piece of paper and make a list of everything on your mind, both the big things and the small to-dos (see episode 3 to learn more on the practice of download).

  2. Read and reflect on this verse from Isaiah 40:29: "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak."

  3. Give everything on your list to God, and ask for HIS strength and power before you move forward.
