What do you do when your mind is racing with anxiety? Whether it's small moments of worry, or fears about the state of the world these days, it's easy to get pulled under by a fearful and anxious mind.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing three simple practices that can help you move through moments of anxiety by focusing on Jesus instead of your fear.

This Week’s Practice: What To Do When You’re Anxious

The Practice: When you feel anxious, try one of these tools and practices to help you fix your eyes on Jesus instead of your fears.

  1. Take some deep breaths.

  2. Say a prayer of release and surrender.

  3. Fill your mind with words of hope instead of fear.
