Episode 22: What Do You Need To Remove?

We usually think we need to ADD things to our lives in order to grow. But what if what you really need is to remove a few things?

On this week's episode, we'll consider what's taking up space in our schedules and our minds, and let go of a few things in order to create MORE space for God to fill.

This Week’s Practice: What Do You Need to Remove?

The Practice: Create space for God by intentionally removing things from your schedule and mind.

Spend a few minutes reflecting on these questions:

  • What is taking up space...?

    • In my schedule?

    • In my mind?

    • In the in-between moments of my day?

  • Write down a list of whatever comes to mind.

Ask God to show you:

  • What is taking up space that God might be inviting me to let go of?

  • What can I remove in order to create space for stillness, to create space for God?

  • What would it look like to let go of this?
